At Sheila Moon Athletic Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Returns - 30 Day Policy
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. They must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of your receipt to receive a merchandise refund, (does not include shipping charges).
Although there are no refunds on discounted items, we are happy to exchange an item at the discounted rate less any exchange fees (see below).
Exchanges
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. They must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of your receipt and exchange request to receive an exchange.
We do not accept returns on discounted and outlet items. We will be happy to exchange discounted and outlet items at the discounted rate less any exchange fees.
Any items returned without a receipt will be exchanged only, for the current sale rate at time of return.
A $5.00 exchange fee will be charged for customers in the U.S.
Additional fees may apply to exchanges placed outside the U.S.
